Community Donations

Supporting the community that we live and work in has always been our philosophy -  it's our way of giving back. To date Team Weichman has donated over $55,000 to community groups in Costa Mesa.  Some of the past groups include Costa Mesa Little League, Adams Elementary PTA, Costa Mesa Senior Center, Mesa Pride, Costa Mesa Grand Prix, Estancia High School (golf, swimming, basketball and football programs),  Costa Mesa High School ( football, baseball and swim team programs), Paularino Elementary PTA, Killybrooke Elementary PTA, Costa Mesa Police Department Annual Toy Drive, Costa Mesa High School and Estancia High School Grad Nights, California School Education Foundation, California School Jogathon, Estancia Golf Team, CostaMazing, The City of Costa Mesa's Neighbors for Neighbors program, Vanguard University, Orange Coast College, Costa Mesa Police Department and the Costa Mesa Fire Department.

If your group would like to be considered for a donation, please drop us a note at our office.  We start funding on Sept 1st of every year.

Weichman Realtors Race Car Places 2nd At The Fair!

In our first year at the fair, Weichman Realtors Demolition Derby car places 2nd!  Congrats to Grant Heathman for a fine showing in the Avocado demolition car.  Each year that Grant has participated he has moved up in the ranks.  We look forward to next year when Grant brings home the checkered flag!  To help sponsor next year’s car please contact us!

Weichman Realtors Sponsors Kid Safe Program For Halecrest Association 

About 50 residents attended the event sponsored by the Halecrest Homeowners Association along with Larry and Laurie Weichman of Weichman Realtors.  The Kid Safe program covered many common tricks used by molesters and abductors to lure children away.  Scott Peebles who taught the 2 hour program went on to cover how to teach your children how to recognize these tricks and how to avoid dangerous situations.

Scholarship Money Raised At Vanguard University Golf Tournament

Costa Mesa Resident Terry Wall was the winner of the play around day with Larry Weichman, at Mesa Verde Country Club. Terry was chosen from the many applicants to play around with Larry in the 6th Annual Vanguard Tournament.  The event raised over $10,000 for Scholarships to Vanguard University Business School. Terry, Larry and their foursome finished 4th.

Weichman Realtors® donation will kick off a year-long contribution campaign to raise $20,000 for Costa Mesa United

COSTA MESA, CA– From now through the fall of 2005, Weichman Realtors® has pledged to raise $20,000 to help build two flagship sports complexes in their hometown. To kick off their commitment, Weichman Realtors® will present Costa Mesa United with a check for $2,000. During the course of the next year, they will be donating $500 in real estate commissions per home listing sold to Costa Mesa United efforts.

Costa Mesa United’s project to build two new sports facilities for our high schools is a perfect match for us.
